The food is laid out in front of the chef on a bed of ice. Choose what you would like to eat from the selection and watch the chef prepare your food on the grill. He will then serve you your food on a giant paddle! . We recommend making a booking as this place is quite popular. We were very lucky to get a table when we walked in but unfortunately did not get the full experience of dining in front of the chef.
